Chinese Varyag aircraft carrier, snapped by DigitalGlobe in Yellow Sea

English Channel Storm Surge Chart

The storm surge affecting the English Channel on the 12-13 December was captured by a tide gauge on the Dart Estuary, Devon. The gauge is operated by oceanographic equipment manufacturer, Valeport.
