GPS Industries Announces Visage Media Network Installations at Arizona’s Desert Mountain, Florida’s Polo Club of Boca Raton – Famed Properties Latest Additions to Largest Worldwide Audience of Connected Golfers
(SARASOTA, Fla.) – GPS Industries (GPSI) – the world’s leading provider of telematics and fleet tracking technology for low speed vehicles – announces recent partnerships with two famed clubs: Arizona’s Desert Mountain Club of Scottsdale and Florida’s Polo Club of Boca Raton.

Both feature the Visage Mobile Golf Information System which was developed by GPSI and exclusive partner Club Car, the world’s largest manufacturer of small-wheel electric vehicles and the industry’s first CONNECTED™ Precedent i3 golf car, as well as the recently launched Visage Media Network. Delivering sponsored content on high-resolution 10-inch touch screens mounted to Club Car Precedent golf cars, the Visage Media Network offers hole-by-hole graphics and flyovers, scoring and gaming, on-course food and beverage ordering, and addressable promotional messages. It features in excess of 75 million-plus page views monthly.

New applications are being developed to enable golfers to stay connected with their social media and professional networks while creating, managing and sharing user-generated content, including personal golf statistics, photos and video.

“The Visage Media Network’s unmatched interactive capabilities will make members’ time on the course even more enjoyable,” says Robert Jones, Desert Mountain COO / General Manager. “From a revenue standpoint, we’re excited to see the top-line benefits it brings to our F&B and merchandising operations.”

“We’re proud to welcome Desert Mountain and the Polo Club of Boca Raton to our collection of more than 900 partner courses across North America, Europe and the Middle East,” says Ben Porter, CEO of GPSI. “Members will enjoy attributes like real-time leaderboards for tournament play and more efficient maintenance practices thanks to Visage’s proprietary software.”

Prevalent at public, private and resort golf courses, other marquee properties utilizing the Visage platform include Congressional Country Club, Trump National Doral Miami and several TPC clubs such as San Antonio, Las Vegas and River Highlands.
