In-Depth Review of Content Camel

February 23, 2021 By Editor

We all know selling is getting tougher and tougher by the day. The salesforce has a challenging time keeping up with the pace. Since the markets are changing, buying habits are becoming more aggressive, sales reps have to put in a lot of effort.

To empower the sales team, sales enablement software is used. One of the best tools is Content Camel. Wondering what makes it so special? How is this sales tool different from others?

Here is a comprehensive review of Content Camel.

What is Content Camel?

It is no surprise that plenty of folders and different types of content can drive you insane. Managing, organizing, finding, and sharing the required content can become daunting and challenging. That is where a sales enablement software like Content Camel comes in handy.

Content Camel is a sales enablement software created for motivating, training, and equipping the sales team to perform better. It allows your sales team to organize and manage sales and marketing content. All the assets can be sorted in one place, so the sales reps will not have trouble finding the information. The sales team and marketers will be able to search, track, and share the content easily with prospects. It helps in improving the buyer experience.

Features You Can Expect

Following is the list of features Content Camel offers:

Content Management

One of the best features the software provides is content management. This tool will help you change the way you get things done. Now, you don’t have to maintain different folders or platforms for making sure the sales team works productively.

It enables you to organize marketing content for sales success. The sales reps will not have to use standard search options. They can organize the information by content types, tags, and funnel stages.

You can align the product marketing and content marketing in the Content Camel. It will provide the sales team with white papers, videos, eBooks, datasheets, videos, and posts to close the deals quickly.

Organization

We understand how difficult it is to organize all the content stored on the drive, local folders, etc. You might not even know what content is there and whether it is important or not. You can organize everything in one place thanks to Content Camel. With the capabilities to find, search, track, and share, you can organize the content everywhere.

Excellent Access Controls

Now, you can organize your customer and prospect content according to the company’s sales process and sales cycle. Content Camel provides external and internal flagging. It means some content will not be shared with the prospects and customers. For instance, battle cards, sales decks, price lists, and internal other content.

Analytics

With Content Camel, you can understand how your content is performing. You can have access to real-time metrics and get insights into customer engagement. So, this tool will be valuable for your sales team to perform better.

Thanks to the comprehensive analytics, you can export reports and create your views. You can even understand what information or asset requires refreshing. No longer you have to worry about sales audits. Content Camel is perfect for having detailed audits without any headaches.

Google Drive Integration

Another feature of this sales enablement tool is its integration. It will allow you to organize content both online and offline. You can import content from Google Drive, Dropbox, the web, and local folders. Also, you can directly upload the content.

Sales Stack Integration

Content Camel is a web-based software that cannot be downloaded on any device. Instead, you can use the Chrome Extension that can work well with other platforms such as Outlook, SalesLoft, Outreach, Pipedrive, and Gmail.

Exceptional Buyer Experience

Next on the list of features is the buyer experience it delivers. With the help of Content Camel, you can offer customized content for supporting customer campaigns and prospects. It will enable you to decrease the sales cycle by letting the buyers have self-service.

Also, it will enable sales reps to have more sales conversations through curated marketing assets. As a result, sales reps will be able to keep a track of customer engagement and share custom pages.

What We Liked

Here are the things we liked in this sales enablement software.

  • It makes it hassle-free to manage and organize all the content in one place. You can easily have access to all the documents, videos, posts, datasheets, and much more. No need to open different platforms to find something.
  • Unlike most of the sales enablement tools, you will not have to break your bank. The subscription fee is as low as $15 per month and $162 per year.
  • Mostly, sales enablement software has long-term contracts. But not Content Camel. You are not limited to long-term contracts; you can have monthly contracts.
  • By decreasing the time for finding content, the sales reps can quickly close a deal.
  • Also, finding the right information is no longer a problem. Thanks to the search and find capabilities of this software, you can easily look for the content you require.
  • The best thing is getting a free trial.

What We Didn’t Like

There are some things that we hoped were improved.

  • No in-person training. Though it is easy to use and set up, in-person training enables the sales team to perform without any difficulty.
  • It lacks some features like contact management, meeting management, and so on.
  • You cannot know who had access to the content. It is not possible to track the usage by prospects, clients, and employees.

Verdict

In our opinion, Content Camel is a wonderful sales tool that every sales and marketing team must have. It will allow you to empower the sales reps to have great conversations with prospects. Not only this, but the sales reps will be capable of closing deals in the fastest manner. Having access to information at the right time can make a huge difference.

So, subscribe to Content Camel and bring all your content in one place.
