Awesome Esri powered Flickr, Twitter Map Cloud by Alta4

Check out this very cool social media visualization service created by Alta4 powered by Esri map services. The app enables users to easily see tweets and flickr photos on a map.. very appealing!

Notice the bookmarks on the right sidebar. Click on a place, like L.A. You’ll jump over to the Pacific coast on the map and you’ll see exactly where people are talking about things… interesting, since its close to lunchtime you now see people discussing sushi and other food items.. way cool! Notice near a stadium you’ll see photos tagged “football” etc…
