TimeseriesML supports […]
New OGC Engineering Reports document outcomes of the Open Routing API Pilot, including new capabilities to easily share routes and prototype APIs able to use routing data from any source – based on the next generation of OGC APIs
Members of the new GeoPose SWG will work towards a standard to provide an interoperable way to express, record, and share the location, position, and orientation of objects across diverse applications, users, devices, services, and platforms.
Testbed-16 will provide funding for participants to undertake R&D to further advance the Earth Observation Cloud Architecture, Data Integration & Analytics, and Modeling & Packaging.
OGC Vector Tiles Pilot will create extensions for use in OGC Web Services, GeoPackage, and supply a conceptual abstract model that can be used across OGC standards
A new module to be used for any standard requiring the use of tiled spaces.
Study and further initiatives aim to collate, document, and make freely available the knowledge and best practices required for geospatial data, product and information sharing in times of crisis.
Earth Observation Exploitation Platforms are collaborative, virtual work environments providing access to EO data and the tools, processors, and resources required to work with it.
31 August 2017: The Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC®) is pleased to announce that the IJIS Institute has been awarded OGC’s Distinguished Member Award, and Steve Ambrosini a Lifetime Achievement Award.
