With the 3-GIS acquisition, SSP will acquire best-in-class telecom software products, 3-GIS Web, 3-GIS Mobile, 3-GIS Prospector and 3-GIS Network Express inclusive of their SaaS offering 3-GIS Live. SSP will immediately begin offering the 3-GIS suite of offerings to their existing utility customer base.
