Hexagon AB, a global leader in sensor, software and autonomous solutions, has recently closed several acquisitions including the previously announced D.P. Technology, PAS Global and OxBlue.
The closing of the acquisitions will impact the income statement during the fourth quarter 2020 with one-off items totalling -34 MEUR. The one-off items relate to the impairment of overlapping technologies, transaction costs and integration costs.
D.P Technology is a leading developer and supplier of computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) technology with forecast sales of approximately 34 MEUR during 2020.
PAS is a leading provider of Operational Technology (OT) integrity solutions with forecast sales of approximately 34 MEUR in 2020.
