  3. Go to the My Signature section.

  4. Click on the field in the document where you need to add your signature.

  5. Select how you want to add your signature (by typing, drawing, or uploading it).

  6. Click on the Add button.

That is all! You have just signed your document!

If you wish someone else to sign your documents, do the following:

  1. Click on the Invite to Sign button


  2. Add an email address of a recipient.

  3. Edit the subject line and write a message if needed.

  4. Click on the Send Invite button.

Your recipient (recipients) will receive your document instantly. It is also possible to add people in CC, which allows them to follow the signing progress without being able to sign any documents. Additionally, you can go to the Advanced Options section if you need to use additional settings, such as setting an expiration date or request a payment. Those are just basic things you can do using SignNow. The full range of features includes the following:

  • Online contact form. Just enter your email address, topic, and question. You will find the form in the Support Section in the right sidebar. See the picture below:

  • Another online contact form is available in the Contact section that you will find in the main menu at the top of the homepage:
