mapanything

CHARLOTTE, N.C.- MapAnything, Inc., a mapping, geo-analytics and location intelligence solution provider for users of Salesforce, today announced the availability of a new premium data offering. The MapAnything U.S. Property Data set provides comprehensive data for over 144 million U.S. properties (including industrial, commercial and residential). Salesforce customers can now track new home sales, ownership information, sale price, and other critical data points to supercharge prospecting efforts.

“It provides actionable intelligence such as new home sales in specific regions that match the criteria we specify such as home value or year built.”

The company’s flagship product, MapAnything™, provides mapping, schedule planning, route optimization, real time geo-location, territory management, geo-analytics and gives Salesforce users a “Map-Centric” experience.

“The MapAnything U.S. Property Data set is a game changer. It turns MapAnything into a true lead generation platform that sits inside of Salesforce,” shared Rod Kieffer, Senior Marketing Manager with Renewal by Andersen LLC. “It provides actionable intelligence such as new home sales in specific regions that match the criteria we specify such as home value or year built.”

The MapAnything U.S. Property Data set contains over 300 fields of up to date residential and commercial property information including:

  • Owner Name(s), Complete Mailing Address, Subdivision Name
  • Sales Date, Sale Price, Year Built
  • Assessed Value, Assessment Year, Value Assessed Improved
  • Land Use Type, Building Type (residential, industrial, commercial, etc.)
  • Number of Stories, Building Area, Original Lot Size

MapAnything’s Data Layer Editor enables users to stipulate exactly what property data to display on the map. Properties can be added to routes, seen using Google Street View and added to Salesforce with the Click2CreateTM function.

“This data, delivered into their Salesforce instance as a high value lead source, will be instrumental in helping companies grow revenue. The true benefit of this offering is being able to see the data change – as homes sell, properties get refinanced and re-zoning takes place. The best part of all – it does not take up storage inside of Salesforce and we manage and curate the data,” said John Stewart, CEO of MapAnything, Inc.

The premium data set can be purchased by zipcode, state, region or in its entirety (all 50 states). For additional information and to watch a demo video, click here.
