East View Now Offering PlanetDEM 30 Plus

MINNEAPOLIS – March 23, 2016 – East View Geospatial is excited to announce the availability of PlanetDEM 30 Plus, the latest product from Planet Observer.

As part of an ongoing partnership between the two companies, East View customers will now have access to a multi-source elevation model that provides 30 meter resolution at a global scale, with detailed, accurate and reliable data.
The PlanetDEM 30 Plus elevation model is based on the SRTM 30 meter dataset extensively corrected and enhanced with ASTER data and other high quality elevation data for high latitude regions. PlanetDEM 30 Plus is ideal for many projects, including Visualization and simulation solutions, 3D modeling applications, satellite imagery orthorectification, embedded database creation, mapping solutions, energy exploration and geological surveys, among others.
