DUBLIN 27th January 2016 – eSpatial, an online mapping software company, today announced the appointment of Mr Peter Lyon as Chief Customer Success Officer.
Lyon brings more than 25 years’ experience in revenue generating roles in the B2B technology industry across Europe with extensive knowledge and awareness of emerging markets, technologies and trends. In July 2015, he founded Customer Success Associates which advises SaaS and Start-Up businesses with expansion techniques and up-sell strategies. With over 13 years’ experience in the mapping software industry, he recently held the senior positions of Customer Success Director of Esri UK and Managing Director of Esri Ireland.

eSpatial has experienced phenomenal growth over the past 18 months and Peter’s considerable experience in Customer Success Management is a welcome addition to the team to support that customer growth. His main responsibility is to ensure that customers achieve their own success through the adoption and usage of the eSpatial mapping platform. Peter will also be leading and developing a team of highly experienced Customer Success Managers to deliver excellent customer support and account management to those customers. To do this he will be continually improving the internal business processes needed to reduce customer churn and increase customer value.
