RESTON, Va., Dec. 17, 2015 — Leidos (NYSE: LDOS), a national security, health and engineering solutions company, was awarded a prime contract by the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) to provide intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) solutions in support of USSOCOM special operations forces acquisition, technology and logistics. USSOCOM is the Unified Combatant Command charged with overseeing the various Special Operations Component Commands of the Army, Air Force, Navyand Marine Corps of the United States Armed Forces. Under the contract, Leidos will provide ISR solutions including: hardware and modifications; specialized communication solutions and networks; signals processing capabilities; and systems integration.
