Sentera Announces Launch of OnTop – Platform Big Data Management Solution for Tower Inspection Industry

October 1, 2015 By GISuser

Minneapolis, MN, October 1, 2015: Sentera, LLC, a drone, sensor, and software company, today announced the launch of its OnTop™ Platform for desktop and mobile applications. The proprietary software solution provides the cellular and broadcast tower industry with a cost-effective, precise, and efficient way to manage big data associated with inspection imagery.

The OnTop Platform comprises a mobile app and desktop client that automatically sync with one another. Together they offer the unique ability to analyze image data and record the exact location, date, time, and asset type associated with each and every inspection photo. Photos are assigned to the correct site and are presented in a clean, searchable map view, making it the ideal image management tool.

“Sentera’s OnTop Platform creates a custom map with a ‘pin’ for every asset, allowing for multiple filters and providing customers a simple way to manage extremely complex data,” said Greg Emerick, EVP of business development, Sentera. “Our advanced software solution fills an essential industry need to effortlessly collect and manage thousands of critical asset images. Everyone in the value stream can quickly benefit from having access to highly organized, searchable, shareable, and contextually relevant inspection photos anytime, anywhere.”

Sentera’s OnTop Platform lets users annotate and tag imagery, then instantly share the vital photos with teams and organizations, enabling tower owners, builders, climbers, and service providers to build a network of data points and unlock the data contained within inspection imagery. All imagery is saved to a secure, 256-bit AES + SSL encrypted cloud server, and, once uploaded, is available instantly anywhere in the world.

Sentera’s OnTop Platform is available today with a 30-day free trial. Visit www.sentera.com/ontop to learn more and sign up for the offer.
