New Opportunities to Create Branded DraftSight Plugins for Windows, Mac and Linux

January 22, 2014 – SolidWorks World 2014, San Diego – Graebert™ GmbH (Berlin) http://www.graebert.com – one of the pioneering companies in high-performance CAD solutions for desktop and mobile devices – today announced a new initiative to bring enhanced plugin-based functionality to the acclaimed and hugely successful SolidWorks® DraftSight® 2D CAD software it co-developed with Dassault® Systemes. Designed to offer a range of new features and customizations to DraftSight, Graebert will directly partner with interested developers to leverage the company’s deep technical understanding of DraftSight as well as Graebert’s worldwide marketing capabilities for interested 3^rd-parties.

This partnership extends across all supported DraftSight OS platforms: Microsoft® Windows®, Mac® OS and Linux® and is designed to provide the 5M-strong DraftSight community with extended features as well as new functionality.
