Cityworks Regional Office Opens in DeSoto, Texas

January 17, 2014 By Editor

Sandy, UT – Cityworks customers in the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas, metropolitan area of the United States are benefiting from a new Azteca Systems office in DeSoto, Texas.

Strategically placed within a high concentration of customers and remote staff, the DeSoto location opened in January 2014, providing a common location for customer support, sales, services, and training.

The office provides services to Cityworks clients located not only in the greater Dallas metropolitan area of Texas, but also along the southern region of the US.  Cityworks expects operational efficiencies as a result of the expansion and supports the plan to continue opening similar offices in other areas of the country.

“With a significant number of clients and a concentration of staff nearby, the idea of a regional office in the Dallas area was an easy and smart decision for us,” said Peter Hristou, CFO of Cityworks – Azteca Systems. “In addition to housing staff, the DeSoto office will lend itself to regional training, marketing events, and related activities. We fully expect this office to grow and become a strong regional location for our customers and for Cityworks just as our West Bend, Wisconsin, regional location has, and we expect to open similar facilities in other parts of the US.”

“We’ve enjoyed tremendous success with Cityworks over the years—a direct result of hard work from our dedicated staff and a remarkable community of users,” said Brian Haslam, president and CEO of Cityworks – Azteca Systems. “Key to a company’s growth is willingness and ability to evolve and adapt, which is what we are doing with these regional offices. Bringing our talented staff together in locations surrounded by our user community will generate a higher level of productivity—a benefit to our customers and our company.”

The new offices are located at 510 North Hampton Road, Suite 310, DeSoto, Texas 75115.
