If you hang out on Twitter then you’ve likely bumped into interesting news updates that people send out from Paper.li. Paper.li is a cool social add on that scrapes your social news feeds and builds a summary, formats it in the form of a newsletter, and distributes for you at pre determined times – all built based on pre-defined parameters. What you may not know is that the service doesn’t just pull a twitter account or list, paper.li can be defined to be created from a special hashtag, facebook search result, or even RSS feeds.
At first you might think, “oh, big deal looks like another robot that harvests Twitter data”. Well, perhaps it is, however, paper.li has gained loads of attention recently and has become a social media marketing person’s dream tool.
