Navigation Maps Western Europe more widely available to end users
Rotterdam, 20 July 2011 – Digital Map provider AND Automotive Navigation Data teams up with AvMap, world leader in Satellite Navigation Systems. AvMap will bring turn-by-turn navigation for the iPhone and iPad with Western European Navigation Maps.
The application will be available via iTunes and is initially available for individual Western European countries. AvMap, already present in the mobile market, now plans to widen its offer for iPhone / iPad, with more maps and special contents. The partnership with AND will allow creating a very competitive application, customizable with special contents according to the consumers’ needs and navigation habits.
