June 29, 2004 By GISuser

Munich, Germany – Definiens Imaging has appointed Dr. Ursula Benz and Martin Ehrhardt to the positions of managing directors.

Benz joined Definiens Imaging in 2000 from the German Aerospace Centre, initially responsible for SAR development, before setting up Definiens Imaging Professional Service Group.

Ehrhardt joined in 2003 from Autodesk Germany where he was head of major account sales for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Most recently he was vice president sales and marketing at Definiens Imaging.

In their role of managing directors Benz and Ehrhardt will drive forward Definiens Imaging’s global growth strategy founded upon the already strong competitive position that the company holds in the geomatics market place.
