San Pedro De Alcantara News

July 19, 2022 By GISuser

San Pedro de Alcantara has some beautiful parks to entertain families that buy San Pedro de Alcantara property for sale. These parks are for all ages and make an excellent spot for anyone to unwind and enjoy its serenity. Some of my favourite parks include

The Boulevard

The Boulevard is a sanctuary of playgrounds and exciting sites for young kids. Six completely separate playgrounds are spread across a total of 55,000m2, the largest of which is an astounding 650m2. The playgrounds are exceptionally well-kept and furnished with an extensive range of playthings appropriate for kids of all ages. Due to its popularity with families, the avenue may get fairly crowded on weekends and evenings.

An outdoor amphitheatre within the Boulevard frequently holds plays and concerts, particularly during festivals. The entire Boulevard has a bike lane, and just beneath the bridge, you can rent Segways and other types of wheeled vehicles.

Parque de Los Tres Jardines

San Pedro de Alcántara’s Parque de Los Tres Jardines, or “Three Gardens Park,” was inaugurated in October 2012 and is situated on the former site of a nursery on the low-lying banks of the River Guadaliza to the town’s east.

The phrase “three gardens” alludes to the three distinct garden sections that were formerly present in the park: the “jardn árabe” (Arab garden) and the “jardn mediterráneo” (Mediterranean garden), and the “jardn subtropical” (subtropical garden).

Arab traditions are represented in the Arab garden through geometric designs and water features. This garden had various palm, orange, pomegranate, fig, and olive trees.

Parque de Medrano

This park’s focal point is a big lake built as a reservoir to supply water to the sugar plantations, which were essential to La Colonia San Pedro’s history. There is just one spot to go around the lake, the wakeboard centre because there is no boardwalk and private housing plots extend down to the lake. Because of this, it might be difficult for tourists to understand where the park is.

Those who are up for it can practice wakeboarding without a speedboat. The Marbella Wakeboard Center (formerly known as Cable Ski) offers the chance to take in the gorgeous surroundings while moving.

Searching for properties for sale in Spain this beautiful town close to Marbella must be seen and enjoyed.
