SSP Advances to Platinum within the Esri Partner Network

July 24, 2017 By GISuser

Platinum Partnership Prepares SSP to Deploy Core Esri Technology at More Major Utility, Pipeline and Telco Companies Nationwide.

DENVER, July 18, 2017 — SSP Innovations announced today that they have advanced to Platinum Tier in the Esri Partner Network. Esri is the global leader in GIS and provide the backbone for the world’s mapping and spatial analytics. SSP Innovation’s stronger alignment with Esri broadens their scope and focus on helping the largest utilities be successful.

“Esri is so proud that SSP Innovations has become an Esri platinum partner,” Esri Director of Utility Solutions Bill Meehan said. “SSP is solidly in alignment with the Esri ArcGIS platform. They care about serving their customers. And they excel in their application of Esri technology.”

This progression represents SSP’s renewed focus on bringing core Esri technology, including the Utility Network, to major utility, pipeline, and telecommunications operators nationwide.

“This platinum partnership shows our accelerating commitment to the future of Esri within these three verticals,” SSP Founder and Principal Consultant Skye Perry said. “It represents our dedication toward playing at the Tier 1 level with the nation’s largest utilities as this industry continues to evolve.”

Forming an expanded business relationship with Esri comes on the heels of SSP’s earlier announcement of a new investment partner, Warren Equity Partners (WEP).

“This deeper relationship with Esri is a key milestone for the new era of growth for SSP Innovations. The Esri platinum partnership alongside the financial backing of WEP indicate to the industry that we are here to play,” Perry said. “We’ve worked with 17 Tier 1 organizations over the past 10 years, and we will now expand that audience. We’re going to bring the same relationship-driven approach we’ve used to serve eighty plus utilities over the last ten years to our Tier 1 expansion.”

SSP kicked off its Tier 1 initiative as an Esri platinum partner at the Esri User Conference in July.

“We are looking forward to connecting with new customers looking to join the SSP family,” Perry said.
