“This is the first-ever international UAV show in Canada,” noted Adam Sax, CEO and founder of The Sky Guys, “It’s hard to contain the energy and excitement with less than two weeks away to go before the big event. The best pilots and racers will be competing in one of the largest and toughest indoor courses; while the brightest and most curious minds will participate in a two-day hackathon. Leading industry experts, manufacturers and technology disruptors will discuss their predictions on emerging trends, new applications and software developments that will shape the future of not just the drone industry, but the countless industries that we support with descriptive emerging technologies.”

“We are particularly excited about our big announcement” said Sax. The International UAV Show will be held at the Enercare Centre, the largest exhibition and convention centre in Canada. The two-day event will be host to over 30 exhibitors, and headline numerous keynote speeches from industry experts and those who have profited most from the technology to date. Alongside presentations and live demos, attendees will be offered the opportunity to partake in a multitude of different workshops and interactive seminars, helping to measure the opportunity for UAV/UAS adoption and outline how to maximize the value drones can offer to various businesses.

“With anticipation of 2,000 industry professionals and 30+ commercial UAV vendors, we will have the biggest and brightest under one roof. We will hear from leaders in the industry, like Romeo Durscher from DJI, Bob Young from Precision Hawk, Mark Aruja of Unmanned Systems Canada,” said Sax. “Spencer Fraser will talk about how UAV’s have changed and continue to change the defence sector. We are not just focusing on industry experts though, we have also brought in thought leaders, disruptors to profile how changes in the technology can have an impact on business, like Nicole Verkindt, Michael Hyatt and Michele Romanow. It’s an exciting line up of speakers, an incredible series of events, competitions packed into two-days,” concluded Sax.
