Google Plus 1 or +1 button Helps Your Share Cool Things

June 1, 2011 By Editor

Something interesting, maybe a little cool, perhaps a little late… Google rolls out their Plus 1 (+1) feature today, think Google equivalent of the fb Like feature

About +1 – The +1 button is shorthand for "this is pretty cool" or "you should check this out."

Click +1 to publicly give something your stamp of approval. Your +1’s can help friends, contacts, and others on the web find the best stuff when they search.

to use the feature make sure that you’ve signed in to your Google account and that you’ve created your Google profile, then proceed to Google Search as usual. Visitors to your profile page will then have the ability to see all the things that you like and have donated your +1 to.

Your +1’s are public. They can appear in Google search results, on ads, and sites across the web. You’ll always be able to see your own +1’s in a new tab on your Google Profile, and if you want, you can share this tab with the world.
