August 28, 2012 By Editor

Now there’s an app for government agency staff and contractors that allows you to schedule, access and complete work orders directly from your phone or tablet!

With the recent release of the Accela Work Crew app, the first asset and infrastructure management app on the market, allows agency staff and authorized contractors to access and update work orders from their smartphone or tablet. The app integrates with Accela Automation, and is designed to improve efficiency and accuracy of information when performing maintenance of government assets such as: roads, buildings, pipes, etc., while out in the field.

Top five features you can’t live without:

  • Prioritized work orders
  • Search work orders
  • Update work order and workflow tasks
  • Add relevant supporting information
  • Enhanced map tools

Whether you’re using an iPhone or iPad, anyone can preview the app for free. If you’re already an Accela customer, you can download and use the app at no extra cost if your agency has already purchased an Accela mobile license.
