DAYTON, Ohio (June 3, 2013)… Woolpert announced today it has acquired Kings Canyon Technology (KCT), a professional services firm based in Reedley, Calif., focused on delivering permitting, land and licensing solutions. Woolpert, a national infrastructure management, design and geospatial firm headquartered in Dayton, employs approximately 600 professionals throughout its 22 offices.
“The acquisition of KCT fits Woolpert’s overall strategy to expand the comprehensive services and solutions we bring to all our clients. KCT was established in 2003 and has provided permitting and land licensing software implementation services to clients such as the City of Sacramento, Sacramento County, the City of New Orleans and the State of Oregon.
