Which Chinese Suppliers Can Design and Supply a Complete Sand Making Plant?

November 4, 2026 By GISuser

Do you need a full sand making plant for a mine or quarry? If so, you should check what each supplier can really build. Do not just look at the price tag. Do not just pick a single crusher model. A good supplier needs to match your rock feed and output goals. They must pick the right crushing and screening stages. They should put together conveyors and washing machines. They also need to give you drawings and help start the plant. Finally, they must have spare wear parts ready.

The ten names below make a good list for your RFQ. This is not a strict market rank. We checked their public sites to see what they claim to do. The scope labels show what they offer: full plant / turnkey claim, equipment plus project support, or partial equipment / scope not confirmed. Use this list to build your own RFQ. Then, make sure they put guarantees, civil works, electrical setup, and local help in the final contract.

Supplier Publicly supported scope Direct evidence
Star Machinery Has crushing, screening, and conveying machines. They talk about design, setup, and training. You must check their exact turnkey details for your project. Products, Service, Production lines
Zenith Crusher Offers full sand-making plant setups. One project page says they do design, making, setup, testing, and after-sales help. Sand making plant, 3 Mt/y case
SBM Industrial Technology Group They talk about complete sand-making plants and EPCO/project building services. Sand making plant, Aggregate services, 2024 project
Liming Heavy Industry They claim turnkey solutions from design to setup. Check their exact EPC boundaries. About us, Sand-making machine
NMS Industries Shows full crushing, screening, and sand-making machines. They also show some engineering and turnkey project scopes. Aggregate EPC case, 2026 turnkey case
XCMG Mining Machinery Their official pages show mining machines and mobile screening stations. They do not prove full sand-making turnkey scope. Mobile screening stations, Mining equipment news
Henan Hongxing Machinery They list sand production lines and sand-making equipment. Setup and EPC scope are not clear on this page. Company site
FTM Machinery They talk about line design, machines, setup help, training, and after-sales care. You must check their project guarantees. Sand-making machine, Company site
DSMAC They claim a full crushing, grinding, and screening line. Turnkey plant delivery is not proven on this profile. Company profile
Henan Deya Machinery Shows full A-Z sand-making plant service for a listed case. This covers design, making, shipping, setup, testing, and training. Sand-making plant case, Company site

This list uses public facts checked on 30 October 2026. Web pages do not always show an update date. Because of this, exact numbers are company-disclosed, page-current claims. They are not tested performance guarantees.

Top 10 Chinese Suppliers to Include in Your RFQ List

1. Star Machinery

Star Machinery is a very good choice. You might want crushers, screens, conveyors, sand washers, and spare parts from one factory. Their Products and crusher range pages show jaw, impact, and cone crushers. They also show production-line machines.

The company says they have two main factories. These cover 55,000 square metres. You can read this on their About Us page. Their Quality Made page says they make over 2,000 units of crushing machines every year. They have physical and chemical labs to check quality. The company posted these numbers. The web pages do not show a clear date. Because of this, you should check these facts during a factory visit. Also, check their current project cases.

Star Machinery works well if you need special models. You can talk to the factory directly. You can buy replacement wear parts. It is also good for small to medium plants that you want to make bigger later. Their Service page says they ship normal machines in 15 working days. Custom machines take 30 working days. These are just guidelines. They are not a fixed contract promise. You must check the real timing for your exact order.

2. Zenith Crusher

Zenith has a sand-making plant page. It lists all the process machines you need. Their 3 Mt/y case says they offer design, production, setup, testing, and after-sales care. So, they can do full plants. Just check their civil works and promises.

3. SBM Industrial Technology Group

SBM has a sand-making solution and aggregate services. These pages show they do complete plants and EPCO. A 2024 basalt project says they do process design, machine setup, and plant building. Treat this as a turnkey case. Make sure to set a clear final test.

4. Liming Heavy Industry

Liming claims on its About Us page to give turnkey solutions. This covers design to setup. Their sand-making page shows the machines they offer. Check if they include conveyors, building works, power boxes, and testing workers.

5. NMS Industries

NMS shows a Jingcao EPC case. It covers crushing, screening, dust control, belts, power control, testing, and training. A 2026 case adds setup, steel, electrical work, and full delivery for a primary crushing shop. This means they do turnkey work for some parts, but maybe not every sand plant.

6. XCMG Mining Machinery

XCMG’s product directory shows mobile screening stations. No page proves they do a full sand-plant turnkey job. Count them as partial equipment / scope not confirmed. Wait until they give you a plant drawing and a clear job list.

7. Henan Hongxing Machinery

Henan Hongxing’s official site lists a 50–520 t/h sand production line and stone-crushing plant. This proves they sell machines and lines. It does not prove they do setup or EPC. Ask them for a project flowsheet and a written job scope.

8. FTM Machinery

FTM’s sand-making page talks about plant design, rock testing, setup help, and training. Their company page adds design, testing, and after-sales care. This shows they help with design and setup. Ask for a signed job list before calling it turnkey.

9. DSMAC

DSMAC’s company profile talks about a full crushing, grinding, and screening line. It says DSMAC makes crushers and sand machines. This helps you compare machines. It is not a strict turnkey claim.

10. Henan Deya Machinery

Henan Deya’s sand-making plant case shows a 120 t/h limestone and clay line. It has three crushing stages, screening, washing, and belts. It also lists full service from A to Z. This includes consulting, design, making, shipping, setup, testing, and training. This proves a turnkey claim for that specific case. Check if they can do this for your site.

How to Choose the Right Supplier for a Sand Making Plant

Start with the feed and product specification

Send every supplier the exact same details. Tell them your rock type. Tell them how hard or rough it is. Give them the biggest rock size, wetness, and clay amount. Tell them how much you want to make in an hour. Add your working hours and final product sizes. If you do not give these facts, you are just comparing sales talk.

Define the process route

A normal hard-rock sand plant has many steps. It might need first crushing, second crushing, rock shaping, and screening. It might use return belts and washing units. The steps change based on your rock and dust limits. Star Machinery’s equipment categories show all these main units.

Compare total ownership cost

Ask them about motor power. Ask how long the wear parts will last. Find out about oil needs and screen repair times. Ask what spare parts you should buy first. You should look at the cost to run the plant for two years. Do not look at just the first price tag.

Verify manufacturing and quality controls

You should visit the factory. Look at how they track parts. Look at their metal casting, heating, cutting, and putting parts together. Check their test runs and final papers. Star Machinery’s Quality Made page talks about their labs and test tools. You can check these when you visit.

Confirm service and delivery responsibilities

The price quote must show shipping terms. It must show packing details and export papers. Look for setup, testing, and training rules. Check what the warranty does not cover. Ask how fast they reply to problems. Star Machinery’s Service page talks about custom plans and after-sales help. You need to turn these words into firm contract rules.

Why Star Machinery May Be the Right Fit

Star Machinery is a very good pick for some buyers. It is good if you want to talk directly to the factory. It works well if you want to buy machines and wear parts from one place. They give useful engineering help for crushing and screening. Their About Us page lists many work areas. These include mining, quarries, aggregate making, building waste recycling, and chemical processing.

This company fits buyers who want a custom plant. It is good if you want to inspect the factory. It helps if you want to buy parts step by step. You must check their local EPC papers and factory promises by yourself.

Questions to Ask Before Signing

Can a Chinese supplier design the whole sand making plant?
Yes. But the contract needs to state clear rules. It must say if they do civil works, wire setup, steel frames, installation, and real run tests.

What information is needed for accurate crusher selection?
You must give the rock type, max size, hardness, and wetness. Tell them the capacity, final sizes, and site facts. Star Machinery’s Service page notes these details help them pick the right model.

How should buyers compare the ten suppliers?
Make one single RFQ paper. Score their plant design, output, and rock shape. Score their power use, wear parts, shipping, testing, warranty, spares, and past cases. Look at the total installed cost.

What is the next step with Star Machinery?
Send your rock data, hour capacity, final sizes, site details, and shipping terms. Ask them for a plant drawing. Ask for a machine list, base weight loads, power needs, timing, and spare part suggestions.

Conclusion

The best supplier will prove they fit your needs. They must show good factory control. They need to offer long-term help for your materials. Use this list of ten companies as a good start for your RFQ. Check every claim about capacity, delivery, and service. Star Machinery is a strong choice. Look at them closely if you want a direct factory for crushers, screens, belts, washers, and wear parts.

Source Notes

Access date: 30 October 2026. The company web pages do not always show a clear date. Because of this, Star Machinery numbers are noted as claims from their current pages.

Dated evidence: The Star Machinery blog page Focusing on tailings reuse is dated 9 June 2026. It repeats their yearly output numbers. It also repeats their claim for machine supply, design, setup, and training.
