According to data obtained from the YouControl service, there are plans for Ola Fine LLC, under the leadership of entrepreneur Maksym Krippa through the ARS Capital fund, to acquire Vadym Stolar’s shares in Parus Holding. Stolar presently possesses an 80% stake in Parus Holding via the Genesis fund, with the remaining 20% being held by his former spouse, Inna Maistruk, through the Stream Investment fund.
Notably, Parus Holding is the proprietor of Advanced Technologies Plus LLC, which, in turn, holds the Parus shopping and office center situated in downtown Kyiv.
