The new Centre will pioneer innovation in AI, remote sensing, and geospatial analytics

BENGALURU, India — July 19, 2024 — AiDash, an enterprise SaaS company making critical infrastructure industries climate-resilient and sustainable with satellites and AI, today announced the launch of its new AI Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru. The Centre was inaugurated by Rahul Saxena, Chief Product & Technology officer (CPTO) and Co-Founder of AiDash, in the presence of the senior leadership team.

This cutting-edge facility is set to become a hub of innovation and advanced research,
dedicated to driving significant advancements in artificial intelligence (AI), remote sensing, and geospatial analytics. AiDash has been ranked among America’s top GreenTech Companies of 2024 by TIME Magazine.

The AI Centre of Excellence is spread over 8,000 square feet in SJR I Park, Whitefield, Bengaluru. The launch of this Centre follows the Series C funding round of $58.5 million in April this year, bringing the company’s total funding to $91.5 million. In addition to teams in the U.S. and UK, AiDash has over 300 employees in its Gurugram and Bengaluru offices.

While most of AiDash’s revenue comes from the U.S. and UK markets, India holds particular significance to AiDash’s operations due to its outstanding technological capabilities and the extensive talent pool available. With the launch of the AI Centre of Excellence in Bengaluru, the company plans to double the size of its team in the next two years.

“The AI Centre of Excellence is a testament to our unwavering commitment to innovation and sustainability. This Centre will serve as a beacon of advanced research and development, harnessing the power of AI, remote sensing, and geospatial analytics to tackle some of the most pressing challenges of our time. We look forward to collaborating with industry leaders, researchers, and other stakeholders to push boundaries and create a more resilient and sustainable future for critical industries,” said Rahul Saxena, CPTO and Co-Founder, AiDash.

The AI Centre of Excellence will use state-of-the-art technology to focus on developing advanced AI solutions for some of the most pressing global challenges, like biodiversity conservation, carbon management, and disaster management for wildfires, storms, and floods.
