Finding the clues for exiting the escape room

March 29, 2021 By Editor

While playing escape games at Escape Hour is a form of entertainment for those playing the game, everyone playing the game would like to win. For most of escape games on the https://escapehour.ca/calgary/, the main opponent for the team and its players is time, since the team has to exit the locker room within the allocated time of one hour. So the players who have booked a quest room in either Escape Hour location of Edmonton or Calgary would like to find out how they can maximize their chances of success. Since one of the most important aspects of the escape game is finding the hidden clues in the escape room, some tips to reduce the time for finding the clues are provided below.

The Best Place for Enjoying Locker Room Games

Before the escape game will start, the game master will brief the team playing the escape game on the theme and rules of the game. In some cases, he will specify that the clues are not kept in some locations so the team should carefully listen to him and avoid searching those locations. One of the problems faced by escape room owners, is that the team may break the furniture and other items searching for the clues, causing losses. So they usually tell the team playing the game, that they do not have to search some locations, and no item has to be broken open.

Depending on the number of members in the team playing the escape game, it is advisable to divide the escape room into sections, so that each team member will be allocated one section. The team member is expected to search the section thoroughly to find the clues. In some cases, the team member may not find any clue, so he can ask another member for help to recheck the section and may find clues. In a few cases, some members are very skilled and experts in searching to find clues, so they should be given the task of searching the room thoroughly.

The decor of each escape room has been designed after a lot of research to make the escape game an immersive experience for all the players. The items used for decorating the room also may have clues. For example some clues may be hidden behind the painting, photographs or in the books. If there are cupboards or shelves for storage/display of items, searching them thoroughly could yield the clues. Cushions for chairs, sofas, carpets and floor mats could also have clues hidden beneath them or in their covers.
