April 6, 2020 By GISuser

Produced by UAS Magazine, the UAS Summit will provide attendees with a comprehensive overview of the current state of the unmanned aircraft systems industry.

Grand Forks, ND – (April 6, 2020) – UAS Magazine announced this week abstracts for speaker presentation for the 14th annual UAS Summit & Expo, are now being accepted. The UAS Summit & Expo is the upper Midwest’s premier unmanned aircraft systems event, taking place September 1-2 in Grand Forks, North Dakota.

“North Dakota remains the silicon valley of drones,” says John Nelson, vice president of operations, marketing & sales, for UAS Magazine. “The 2020 Summit is expected to unite more than 500 industry thought leaders, policymakers and high-impact end-users to discuss the future of commercial, government and military drone usage.”

The Summit is now accepting speaker presentation abstracts. Abstracts will be accepted through May 1, 2020.

“The UAS industry has taken new steps to help delivery processes during the COVID-19 pandemic,” says program developer, Luke Geiver for the Summit. “We are looking for presentations from commercial, government and military drone companies to discuss how the UAS industry has combated the COVID-19 crisis and the future of the industry moving forward.”
