So tragic that we must once again bring to light the topic of mass shootings in America. This story map shares data that visualizes the patterns and locations of mass shootings in America since 1982.


About the map… This map locates 81 shootings with four or more fatalities since 1982. 14 of the incidents resulted in ten or more fatalities.  Size of the circles represents the number of people killed in the attacks.
