There’s plenty of events and event related activity going on in the tech and geotech scene this month, I’m off to GeoInt myself this week as are many of you I’m sure.
There’s one event taking place that almost slip my mind and that’s Google I/O, Google’s annual developer conference. I/O takes place May 18-20 in Mountain View, California and promises to be jam-packed with goodies for developers. IF you don’t already have a ticket though you are more than likely out of luck though, sorry!
BUT, hold on as there’s the Google I/O extended events. These are local events planned all over the World where geeks get together and enjoy a livestream from the event.
See more about Google I/O at https://events.google.com/io2016/
Check out Google I/O extended events and locate one near you (hopefully!) or just organize one for yourself!

Still can’t make it to an event? Well, you can watch it right here (see below) or put a widget right on your own website or blog!
