2nd Annual Drone World Expo Offers Complimentary Admission for Commercial Drone Users

SAN JOSE, CA, March 30, 2016 – Registration is now open for the 2016 event atwww.DroneWorldExpo.com.  From November 15-16, 2016, the 2nd annual Drone World Expo will once again gather thousands of thought leaders, end-users and decision makers in the commercial drone industry at the San Jose Convention Center.
“We are making an investment in the industry and continue to offer complimentary full conference registration to qualified professional end-users, giving our exhibitors the opportunity to network and interact with the people shaping the future of the industry,” said Joelle Coretti, Drone World Expo’s Event Director.   “We are working with our world-class advisory board to develop an outstanding educational program which will provide the most important and timely information to the industry, making this a must attend event for all stakeholders in the commercial drone ecosystem.”
At the inaugural Drone World Expo this past November in the heart of Silicon Valley, commercial drone users in the fields of cinematography/videography, agriculture, mapping and surveying, law enforcement, construction, utilities and other industries attended to find the newest solutions from leading vendors and knowledge from a world-class faculty.
In 2015, 2,120 end users and commercial drone professionals attended the event representing such companies in agriculture as Agri-Advisors, BASF, Cargill, Taylor Orchards;  in video and film including DreamWorks, FOX Sports, Pixar, NBC News; in construction including Turner Construction, Kaiser Engineers, Webcor Builders; in fire/search and rescue including Anaheim Fire & Rescue, Red Cross, US Coast Guard; in government including the California National Guard, Hawaii Emergency Management Agency, Menlo Park Fire District; in the investment community including Charles Schwab & Co, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Meritech Capital; in law enforcement including the Los Angeles, Ontario, and San Diego Police Departments; in mapping and surveying including Earth Data Sciences, Keystone Aerial Surveys, Quantum Spatial; in Oil & Gas/Utilities including Chevron, Exxon, Tri-Wind Energy; and others.   To view a larger sample attendee list, click here.

The full conference will be complimentary for qualified end-users.   Conference passes for those who do not qualify as end-users are $495 through September 30, $695 untilNovember 14, and $995 at the show.  All attendees will also have the opportunity to register for the MAPPS Geospatial Track at DWE for just $95 until September 30.  Attendees may also register for complimentary expo passes, which provide access to hundreds of products on display, all keynote presentations, Tech Talks in the exhibit hall, flying demonstrations, and networking receptions.   Registration is available atwww.droneworldexpo.com/register.asp.
