Webinar Tip – What’s new in Global Mapper v17

Blue Marble Geographics will be holding a What’s New Webinar on Global Mapper v17 on Friday, Sept 25, at 11am EST.Recall, some of the new, top features of Global Mapper v17:
-New Cartographic Map Publishing Tool
-Multi-view Window Docking for improved Digitizing
-Massive Speed Improvements for All Types of Data Processing and Rendering
-Support for 3D Point Styles both Custom and Out of the Box
-All this and more for less then $500

The release of version 17 of Global Mapper brings with it many major functional enhancements and upgrades in virtually all areas of the software. Significant improvements have been made to the map display engine and the 3D Viewer and there has been a complete redesign of cartographic and page layout tools.

Significant new functionality includes a multi-view map interface allowing the simultaneous viewing and docking of several map widows as well as a completely redesigned map layout function for creating high-quality printed maps. Read more in the official PR annoucement
