ArcGIS Pro, a powerful new application that comes with Esri ArcGIS for Desktop software, offers you many tools to visualize, analyze, model, and share data using a mapping platform.
To familiarize yourself with the geoprocessing framework and tools you can use to conduct spatial analysis in ArcGIS Pro, tune in to the live training seminar Spatial Analysis and Modeling with ArcGIS Pro on June 11, 2015. You will learn how to automate a spatial analysis workflow using the ArcGIS Pro ModelBuilder application, which lets you build workflows and do spatial analysis.
You will learn the steps to create a geoprocessing model and how to add more advanced functionality to your geoprocessing model to help you evaluate what-if scenarios.
After viewing the seminar, you will understand how to
- Access and run geoprocessing tools in ArcGIS Pro.
- Create, edit, and run a geoprocessing model in ModelBuilder to automate a spatial analysis workflow.
- Set model properties in ModelBuilder, establish preconditions for the steps in your workflow, and create iterations to automate repetitive tasks so that a model can be rerun using different data or criteria.
GIS analysts and others interested in performing spatial analysis and building models to automate analysis workflows are encouraged to attend this one-hour live training seminar. Experience using the ArcGIS for Desktop ArcMap application’s geoprocessing tools is helpful but not required.
