ISR Solutions from Teledyne Optech at GEOINT 2015

June 16, 2015 By GISuser

June 16, 2015 — Teledyne Optech is pleased to announce that it will present its latest technologies and solutions for Intelligence, Security, and Reconnaissance (ISR) at the GEOINT 2015 symposium in Washington DC from June 22 to 25.
The years 2014 and 2015 saw the introduction of several new Teledyne Optech systems of great interest for ISR. The newly released Optech Galaxy offers a form factor and power draw suitable for light aircraft and even UAVs, while its PulseTRAK™ sensor technology greatly eases the difficulty of surveying in rugged terrain, also improving forest penetration with eight returns per shot. Galaxy is totally compatible with Teledyne Optech’s range of digital metric aerial cameras, including the CS-LW640 and CS-MW640 thermal systems, the light-weight CS-6500, and the multispectral CS-MS1920, resulting in a truly customizable sensor solution. With recent upgrades to Optech FMS and LMS software, Teledyne Optech airborne platforms are the most seamlessly integrated multi-sensor systems on the market today.

For the most advanced maritime and inland water bathymetric surveying, Optech CZMIL Nova maintains the unparalleled turbid water penetration and depth penetration that made its predecessor the most validated system of its kind. This enhanced system packs into a smaller, more power-efficient frame suitable for light aircraft. Interested groups can even make use of CZMIL Nova on a temporary basis with its rental program, which includes processing and operational support from Teledyne Optech’s team of experts. Attendees focused on both land and water will see how the world’s first commercial multispectral lidar, Optech Titan, quickly collects highly detailed  land topography and water bathymetry in a single flight, while using spectral analysis from its independent-wavelength beams to quickly classify target materials and analyze vegetation.

To learn more about these solutions visitors can head to Teledyne Optech booth 8147.
