The dramatic increase in the commercial application of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) has resulted in the need for efficient tools to manage and process the vast quantity of data collected by UAV operators. Global Mapper’s data format support in unequaled among comparable GIS applications allowing it to be uniquely interoperable across multiple platforms. Any remotely collected data can be quickly processed, analyzed, and delivered in virtually any format. In this presentation we follow the workflow from data importing, to analysis, to reprojecting, and ultimately to exporting. We also demonstrate the innovative fly-through recording functionality that provides a dynamic and realistic rendering of the UAV flight path.
