USA National Gas Price Heat Map

Enter the GasBuddy cheap gas heat map. From the Huffington Post… The national average price of a gallon of gasoline was $2.18 as of Tuesday morning, according to GasBuddy. That’s the lowest since 2009, when the economy was still climbing out of the hole of the financial crisis and Great Recession. The national average price is down from $3.32 a gallon a year ago — one happy effect of the ongoing bloodbath in the market for crude oil, where prices have crashed from $100 to less than $50 per barrel in the past six months.

From GasBuddy… Now you can see what gas prices are around the country at a glance. Areas are color coded according to their price for the average price for regular unleaded gasoline. Click here for the Canada National Gas Price Heat Map.
