Thousands of Geo Professionals Convene in San Diego for Location Technology Event of the year #esriuc

July 14, 2014 By Editor

If location technology is your thing then San Diego CA is the place to be, or watch, this week as about 15,000 developers, geo technologists, modelers, technicians, and other geo professionals convene for the annual Esri user conference.

The week end saw special pre-conference mini conferences, like the survey summit and 3D Summit and many more events are planned, like the EDU summit, business summit and more. Today is the official opening of the conference and as I pen this from the plenary hall, thousands of dedicated mapping professionals are eagerly waiting to hear from Esri commander in Chief, Jack Dangermond, as he as his key team members will take to the stage and educate us all on the ArcGIS and ArcGIS Online ecosystem… you can feel the excitement in the air! Follow all the action on Twitter hashtag #esriuc
