American Sentinel University to Host San Diego Area Student Appreciation Event on July 11

Event Celebrates Dan Diego Area Students Past and Present and Offers Evening of Networking

AURORA, Colo. – June 26, 2014 – American Sentinel University, an accredited online university that offers degree programs focused on the needs of high-growth careers, today announced that it will host a student appreciation event at Lou and Mickey’s in San Diego, Calif. on July 11, 2014 from 6:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. PST.

American Sentinel’s Student Meetup, held in conjunction with the 2014 Esri User Conference, celebrates the university’s current students, alumni and friends and offers an evening of cocktails, appetizers and industry networking.

“Our programs provide the framework for improving the world and we are proud that our students have gone on to work with some of the industry’s biggest innovators, says Stephen A. McElroy, Ph.D., GISP, GIS program chair at American Sentinel University. “We are thrilled to provide our past and present students with an evening of networking at the GIS industry’s biggest event.  This meetup offers tremendous potential to collaborate and share ideas, gain inspiration and make valuable industry connections, and we look forward to seeing our students there.”
