The District of Mission plans to update its storm sewer system database by collecting upstream/downstream pipe invert elevations, pipe diameter, pipe materials, and pipe lengths.
A complete and reliable storm sewer GIS database would allow the District to analyze its drainage system capacity to:
(1) Prepare a 10-year Capital project plan,
(2) Inform Council of the required budget to address system capacity deficiencies, and
