mobi’s Software as a Service Drives Intelligent Field Operations

February 6, 2014 By Editor

mobi announced today their software as a service (SaaS) offering is now available on the nation’s largest 4G LTE network.  Verizon customers can now take advantage of mobi’s powerful routing, tracking and analytic solutions.

Companies with field operations face daily challenges in keeping their mobile workforce and assets operating at peak efficiency.  mobi provides a suite of SaaS solutions, now powered by the Verizon Wireless network, that help companies optimize their operations to maximize efficiency.  Some of mobi’s solutions include:

  • mobi.Route (daily planning software) simplifies the complexity of scheduling work by creating multiple, optimized and cost-efficient routes in a few minutes, instead of hours.
  • mobi.Locate (GPS tracking solution) allows business owners and branch managers to know where their team is in real-time, verify proof of service and control consumption and compliance.
  • mobi.Result (location-based analytics dashboard) helps companies understand what happened yesterday and where to improve tomorrow by turning raw GPS data into actionable information.

mobi’s patented technology not only improves operational productivity with a significant return on investment, but also increases customer satisfaction.

"mobi has been driving increased efficiencies in our customers’ business for over 15 years," said Greg Gray, vice president of sales at mobi. "Our customers typically see 15-20 percent reduction in costs after installing one of our applications.  They are saving millions each month with mobi, and we are excited to bring our innovative software to Verizon’s customers."

mobi’s software solutions are modular, giving businesses the ability to select applications that support specific goals, and seamlessly connect to existing applications.  They are used across a number of industries with mobile workforces, such as home services (including plumbing, lawn care, pest services, and HVAC repair), telecommunications, direct store delivery, healthcare and government.

"Verizon continues to help companies solve business problems," said David Beckwith, Central Texas region director, Data Sales for Verizon Wireless. "Working with mobi, we are able to leverage our wireless network to help them deliver a breadth of products and go-to-market timely and efficiently."
