GainClients, Inc. Releases New iOS Version of Its Home Search App, Property Seeker

February 7, 2014 By Editor

TUCSON, Ariz., Feb. 6, 2014 — GainClients, Inc. (OTC: GCLT) announced that it has released the 2.0 version of its iOS (Apple) mobile home search application, Property Seeker.

The 2.0 version includes an updated interface, improved speed for faster property searches, a mortgage calculator and expanded locations; it is available on the iOS 7 platform.

The upgraded Property Seeker interface includes new splash-page graphics, new menu navigation, an improved map and larger listing photos. The 2.0 version was created to be more appealing and more competitive with other real estate search apps.

The new functionality makes it easier for consumers to start using the app, set their location and choose the market they would like to search in. Consumers can search using GPS or by entering address information.

For consumers, the Property Seeker app provides instant access to homes for sale while out driving neighborhoods or from the comfort of home. Consumers can also save favorite homes and searches and connect with local Real Estate, Lender and Title Professionals.

Property Seeker for professionals is a slimmed-down version of the SikkU web platform making it convenient to manage clients on the go. Professionals can easily invite their clients to use the app and give them instant access to a home search tool. Pros can also add clients to their SikkU marketing campaigns, find listings their buyers will like and share them instantly and monitor client activity.

Property Seeker 2.0 is available now in the Apple store; search for GainClients, SikkU or Property Seeker.
