GeoShack Merges with Rocky Mountain Lasers, Inc.

June 18, 2013 By Editor

DALLAS, TX – May 7, 2013 – GeoShack continues to grow through its merger with Rocky Mountain Lasers, Inc. based in Denver, Colorado.   This Denver operation marks our twenty-third store in North America, another milestone.  GeoShack now proudly distributes Topcon construction, survey and agriculture product lines in eight states in the United States and two provinces in Canada.

Rocky Mountain Lasers, Inc. (RML) has been in business since the early 1970’s and moved to its current location in 2001, where they set up a large showroom offering a complete line of laser, GPS and optical products and a full service, factory authorized service center capable of repairing not only Topcon positioning and machine control products, but all brands.

The RML staff embodies exactly what GeoShack stands for – superior products, service, support and integrity with a commitment to always provide the best solutions to our customers.  GeoShack/RML will continue to maintain the full service operation serving the Denver metro area and all of Colorado, which offers sales and rentals of construction lasers, total stations, GPS, machine control and survey instruments, as well as supplies, accessories, service and support.  We are committed to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Brad Neeley, President and Founder of RML, will continue to manage this operation and help GeoShack grow throughout the western states.  He said, “Our customers will be working with the same great team of people they already know and trust; now with the resources and backing of a much larger company to have access to more inventory, service and technical support to keep your machines and instruments up and running.”

Scott Beathard, President of GeoShack, stated, “I’m thrilled to have our newest location in Colorado. It’s one of the top 10 performing economies, it was the seventh fastest growing state in terms of population in 2012, and it has several major infrastructure projects that we are excited about.  RML and its team are great addition to our company.”
