Esri DevSummit is just around the corner and that means that tons of news and updates will be rolling out of Redlands. This means that its also a great time to poke around the ArcGIS Online resource Center, EDN, and the other community resources from Esri. A number of product updates and announcements have been rolling out from the project managers so I encourage you to spend some time looking around. FYI, those of you not headed to the Springs for DevSummit (no I won’t be there either) you’ll find comfort in knowing that word has it that videos will be released relatively fast from the event so you should have loads of goodies to view next week – be sure to also follow #Devsummit on Twitter!

Of note, ArcGIS for Flex 3.2 has just been released and some noteworthy updates include new features, enhancements, bug fixes, and more integration with GitHub. Be sure to also read all about what’s new in ArcGIS Online (AGOL) in this update from Bern Szukalski. From Bern… “ArcGIS Online has been updated with the following new features and enhancements. This update includes changes and additions for authoring web maps, developing applications, and administering organizations. It also includes new data and map services from Esri, and beta functionality that ArcGIS Online subscribers can preview.”
