The Maritime Administration is seeking a photographer/videographer to create a virtual tour, featuring 360-degree photography and accompanying written interpretation of the Roll-on/Roll-off vessel USNS Comet, which is located at the Maritime Administration’s Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet in Benicia, CA.
