Open-source MoSync SDK Supports Android and iOS, NativeUI Widgets for WinPhone 7, and debugging HTML5

Here’s something for you developers and would-be (should-be) developers of mobile apps as Stockholm-based MoSync updates their offerings to developers. MoSync AB, a leading provider of cross-platform tools used by web developers to create native mobile applications, today has announced extended functionality with its new product releases of the open-source MoSync Software Development Kit (SDK) and MoSync Reload.


The new product features include in-app purchases for Android and iOS, NativeUI Widgets for Windows Phone 7, and debugging of HTML5/JavaScript apps. New tutorials and user guides are also available to make it easier to get started with the SDK and MoSync Reload.

Highlights:

  • The MoSync SDK 3.1 is available for download at http://www.mosync.com/sdk
  • MoSync Reload Beta 4 (available for download at http://www.mosync.com/reload),  provides functionality for debugging HTML5/JavaScript apps in the Reload environment.
  • The MoSync SDK enables mobile developers to build and compile apps for up to nine different platforms at once, using C/C++ or HTML5/JavaScript
