Congressional Internet Caucus Advisory Committee Sponsors Mobile Policy Conference Featuring Numerous Industry Leaders
Washington, D.C. – The Congressional Internet Caucus Advisory Committee, a Washington, D.C. based organization working to educate the Congress and thepublic about important Internet-related policy issues, will host the fourthannual State of the Mobile Net Conference to be held Thursday, May 3, 2012 at the Reserve Officers Association on Capitol Hill. This widely attended event provides opportunities to network and engage in key information technology policy issues and offers a balanced blend of academics, consumer groups, industry, and government.
Hosted by the Congressional Internet Caucus Advisory Committee, The State of the Mobile Net Conference is the premier Conference for mobile Internet policy discussion, featuring leading experts on emerging issues facing the mobile Internet from journalism, government, industry and academia. In the four years since the start of this conference, the mobile Internet has grown to become a dominant communications and commerce platform of our time. The mobile Internet now routinely factors into Congressional policymaking and this year’s Conference will feature influential policymakers and policy experts who will debate the looming issues relating to the mobile Internet.
