Virtalis Immersive VR Technology Open Week in Kettering, Ohio

January 18, 2012 By Editor

January 23-27, 2012 will see the second Virtalis Immersive Virtual Reality Technology Open Week in Kettering, Ohio.

The UK Department of Trade and Industry has been active in promoting this event as it showcases British technology.
David Blacklock, a Virtalis Inc. engineer in the US commented: “Following the huge success of Virtalis’ Technology Week last year, we are throwing open our doors again!  The focus of this event will be on immersive and interactive VR applications for training professionals and marketers.  In addition, there will be dynamic demonstrations of our groundbreaking landscape visualization application – GeoVisionary.  This software application was the big success of last year in North and South America and the Virtalis R&D team is busy adding features for geologists, miners, Government strategists, the defense community and environmentalists.”

Virtalis is a global technological leader in advanced visualisation and aims to remain predictive of technology.  Therefore the Open Week will give attendees a chance to see what is just around the corner and how Virtual Reality is a truly innovative tool throughout the product lifecycle.

David Cockburn-Price, President of Virtalis Inc., said: “This event offers US organizations the opportunity to really experience this amazing technology for themselves and find out how they can differentiate themselves from their competitors, revolutionize training methods and reduce risk in this tough economic climate.”
