AT&T, Sprint, Verizon Apple iPhone Upgrade Availability and Pricing

Yep, today is the today you can pre-order the new iPhone 4S. If you happen to be shopping for a new carrier and an iPhone then you have several options. iPhone 4S is available from AT&T, Verizon Wireless, and Sprint. Here’s the skinny and pricing from the US carriers… I’ve dug up what each of them are offering including pricing and plans

Some info from AT&T if you happen to be interested in getting a device from the carrier.  iPhone 4S will be available for a suggested retail price of $199.99 for the 16GB model, $299.99 for the 32GB model, and $399.99 for the 64GB model. Customers can preorder iPhone 4S today. In addition, AT&T will offer iPhone 4 at $99.99 for a new 8GB model. See www.att.com/iphone or www.att.com/phoneupgrade

AT&T will immediately make its best pricing available to new and upgrade eligible customers. Pricing  includes:

Verizon Wireless iPhone Pricing:

iPhone will be available starting at $199.99 for the 16 GB model, $299.99 for the 32 GB model and $399.99 for the 64 GB model with a new two-year customer agreement. Customers will need to purchase a voice plan beginning at $39.99 for 450 minutes and a data plan beginning at $30 for 2 GB monthly access. The iPhone 4 8GB model is available now for $99.99 with a new two-year customer agreement. iPhone 4 16 GB model is $149.99 and the 32 GB model is now $199.99 with a new two year contract. iPhone 4S and iPhone 4 will be available at more than 2,200 Verizon Wireless Communications Stores nationwide, online at www.verizonwireless.com/iphone and by calling 1-800-2 JOIN IN.

Sprint:

iPhone 4S will be available from Sprint starting at $199.99 for the 16GB model, $299.99 for the 32GB model and $399.99 for the 64GB model. iPhone 4 will cost just $99.99 for the 8GB model and is available beginning today. These prices require a new-line activation or eligible upgrade and two-year agreement. All iPhone models will be available to new and existing customers in all Sprint retail stores, www.sprint.com and 1-800-SPRINT1 as well as select additional Sprint retail channels. Sprint retail stores will open at 8:00 AM local time on Friday, October 14 for customers to get a jump-start on buying iPhone 4S with Sprint’s unlimited data experience.
