Open Source Event Gathers Momentum – The Road to FOSS4G Heads To Denver CO

Preparations are well under way in Denver for this year’s FOSS4G event, scheduled to take place Sept 12-16. We hear from the organizing team today about the final plans and expectations… the event, which will take place in Denver from Sept. 12-16,  has gathered a great deal of momentum, with more than 600 attendees from 31 countries and 43 states signed up so far. It’s not too late to take advantage of this unique learning opportunity that presents a world-class program at great value to attendees, and in a beautiful setting.

Please note, even if you aren’t using Open Source solutions, you can take advantage of the event, particularly the one day intro to open source on Tuesday, designed to educate and inform new users of open source technology and solutions.  Here’s what some are saying about the event on the blogosphere:
